Bianca is a tough, hard-nosed, resilient goalkeeper who has matured into her role with the national team. Her strength is defending set pieces such as penalty corners, where she is very skilled at saving the deadly drag flicks.
From North Harbour’s Hibiscus Dairy Flat club, Bianca was the Most Valuable Player in the 2008 National Hockey League.
Bianca, who is the oldest player in the Black Sticks, works for a security company in Auckland.
