There are a number of ways to develop your athletes' skills and understandings.

Contact your Regional Hockey Association to get suitable games, activities and drills for the athletes that you coach.

In developing skills and understanding:

Consider the stage of development of your athlete(s)

Start in a simple way that ensures success, enjoyment and safety

Gradually modify the game/activity/drill to make it more challenging.
