BIO:
Gemma is one of New Zealand’s premier attacking players and her talent was recognised on an international level when in both 2009 and 2011 she was named in the World All Stars team.
She is equally at home in the midfield or at striker, and has an unparalleled ability to find the back of the goal. Gemma is incredibly strong on the ball, very rarely losing possession thanks to tremendous control on the dribble.
The London Olympic Games will be her second Olympics after playing in Beijing in 2008. Gemma is originally from Tauranga but now studies in Auckland.
