BIO:
Originally from Nelson, Matt is a drag flick specialist, having learned from some of the best drag flickers in the game while playing club hockey in the Netherlands.
With excellent distribution skills, he made his debut for the Black Sticks in 2011, and is now working hard on his defensive game.
Matt, who works for Just Hockey in Wellington and recently became engaged, credits former Black Stick Peter Miskimmin as being one of the biggest influences on his hockey career.
