BIO:
The Northland striker is growing in confidence after playing in his first major tournament for the Black Sticks at the 2011 Champions Trophy.

Shay has impressed coach Shane McLeod with his performances of late both on the field and in fitness testing, with his unorthodox approach often baffling defenders. The law student played at the 2009 Junior World Cup where New Zealand finished fourth. 

Neal, who is a former roller hockey player, is going out with Petrea Webster from the Black Sticks women’s squad.
