Steve is one of the best centre halves in the world and is often targeted by Black Sticks’ opponents. He possesses some of the most outrageous skills and offers the Kiwis attacking flair never before offered from a midfielder.
Steve has been a terrific find for the Black Sticks since his debut at the Champions Challenge tournament in 2007.
He plays hockey for the Rotterdam club in the Netherlands and his girlfriend is Black Stick Charlotte Harrison.
