Join the Vantage Black Sticks for a unique opportunity to be part of building successful programmes that enable the teams to compete in pinnacle events such as, World Cups, Olympic Games, global FIH events and domestic international series.

The role is flexible, ideally Auckland-based, and the hours follow the team’s schedule, giving you exposure to everything from day-to-day operations to major events.

While this is a volunteer placement, it’s designed to build your skills, grow your confidence, and give you meaningful professional development in one of New Zealand’s top sporting environments.
